Remembrance

adh-Dhikr

Remembrance of Allah needs no special place or time. The Companions were taught short phrases to say on waking, before sleeping, after prayer and in moments of fear or strain, and many of them kept those words for the rest of their lives.

Each practice below is a few words long. Learn one, attach it to something you already do every day, and let it become part of the day's rhythm.
